Be a PAL Kid!

The San Mateo Police Activities League provides a variety of supervised recreational, social and educational activities for kids ages 5-18 in San Mateo and our surrounding community. The program management is a joint collaboration between the San Mateo Police Department and the San Mateo Parks and Recreation Department that focuses on the prevention of juvenile delinquency and crime by creating meaningful, positive experiences between police officers and youth.

 

To register for a program you must be a PAL Member.

 

PAL Memberships are FREE.

Follow These Steps to Register

1st Step

Membership Registration

Pick Your Option

  • Register Online

    Online Registration Form:​ CLICK HERE You will be directed to the City of San Mateo Parks and Recreation website.

    (MUST create a family account then go to search button and click PAL MEMBERSHIP)

  • Print Fax or Mail

    Download our Form:
    Print the form here >> PAL Membership Form (ENGLISH) or (EN ESPANOL) and turn into PAL (fax, mail or drop-off)

  • Sign Up In Person

    Fill out a form in our office. Come to the PAL Office, Monday - Thursday Noon to 5pm- (200 Franklin Parkway, San Mateo)
