A huge thank you to all who helped make our 10th Annual 5K & 10K Run/Walk & Wellness Fair such a tremendous success! We welcomed more than 400 runners and walkers, hosted 23 wellness fair vendors, and offered yoga sessions and community connection activities throughout the day. An extra special thank you to the Enriquez Family and Stride for Awareness for their partnership with PAL over the past decade. Your unwavering commitment to promoting health, wellness, and mental health awareness in our community has made a lasting impact and continues to inspire us all. We also extend our sincere appreciation to Vern Glenn for serving as our Master of Ceremonies, and to Chief Ed Barberini for being his trusted sidekick. To our sponsors, vendors, staff, volunteers, and participants - we're so grateful for you! Your enthusiasm, support, and dedication helped create an unforgettable experience for everyone involved, and your positive energy was truly contagious. What's San Mateo's Finest Therapy K-9 up to?

Rookie is PAL's Therapy K9. Under the care and watch of Youth Services Officer Allison Adle, Rookie's duties include comforting victims and witnesses of crime, reducing trauma, increasing wellness, and participating in community outreach, particularly involving our youth.
